As of September 1st, 2021, we do require a credit card on file and a deposit when booking an appointment with us. Your deposit amount will be applied towards your upcoming services.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, the deposit amount will still be applied towards your services, as long as your appointment is rescheduled 48 hours prior to your original appointment time.
Any no shows or cancellations made after 48 hours of original appointment will forfeit their deposit amount and you will be required to provide an additional deposit when rebooking a new appointment.
